Wellington Diving Goals
- We will offer diving instruction to cater for divers from 5 years and up, including adults, and for divers of every ability
- We will offer an environment and structure in which the sport of diving can be enjoyed
- We will offer both recreational and competitive diving opportunities
- We will become and remain New Zealand’s most successful and premier diving club
- We will actively provide opportunities for competitive divers to compete both nationally and internationally, and to be coached to compete at as high a level as possible
- We will look to identify and develop up and coming divers of all ages
- We will employ and support high quality coaches to assist our club, and offer them ongoing professional development opportunities, nationally and internationally
- We will ensure our club trains and equips diving officials, to ensure this aspect of the sport is functioning well and with expertise
